I was just looking on SubetaLodge to see if there were any items related to sign language and/or deaf stuff. I only found - very cute!
I was wondering if this could be considered for next year's International Day of Sign Languages (end of September)?
As a Deaf person, I would be over the moon! Also, if this is taken into consideration, it is important to remember to consult with a number of Deaf people who use sign language to make sure the items are appropriate...y'know?
Do you have anything in particular in mind? When I saw the topic, I imagined some guides or other books, but my ideas kind of end of there.
- I was thinking of maybe:
and many more!
Actually, I just looked at the Medicontra and there are some hearing aids:
I think a lot of the other things you suggested would be right at home there too though (especially the cochlear implant and the TTY).
Dude, thanks for your research - that is good to know!! I didn't know about the shop too goes to check it out
It's a pretty good shop, and I think it covers a lot of people and disabilities, but they could always add more!
- I just had a look, and it does. But yeah, I agree there's a lot of potential for more items to be added.
