I'm having the same problem with my QuestPoints. It says I have one, but I know I had more than 30.

I'm having this problem too. I should have over 2,000 crystals, but it's saying I have 7 :(

I had over 10,000 crystals. I fragged some items for a Major Drills quest and turned in 14 crystals. My Crystal Bank now says I have only 14 crystals. :(

so.... is it safe to frag things? because I haven't had this happen yet, but I do need to frag a bunch of stuff from my inventory, but if doing that could give me this problem I'd rather wait until it's fixed...

I'm getting the same thing with Wiz tokens. I turned in a 15 point token earlier today and now it says that's all I have. I'm assuming this is just some weird glitch and my actual tokens are all safe somewhere. Hopefully.

My quest points and wizard tokens are OK, but my crystals is at 10 when it probably should be higher. I think I had 1600 and something when I bought a 1000 crystal item the other day.

Yeah I wish I could remember how many crystals I had... I know I had quite a bit when I bought the folder last week. But who knows. I’m afraid to do anything, even the bonfire. Ugh

I got my missing crystals back after sending in a ticket.

I have a ticket, the problem was still happening last night when I tried to add more crystals though (the count remained 10)

Yes, still happening - count was 10; turned in 6 crystals; count still 10.

I also have the same problem - 8 crystals, and I think I may have over 10k (not sure, to tell the truth, but at least few thousands). However I was able to buy Moon Man (1500 crystals) from the shop, so I think this might only a problem with displaying incorrect value, not with the crystals actually missing.

Hello! I just wanted to reach out and see if there has been any news on the fragmentizer issue. I filed a ticket almost a month ago in regards to losing around 2,000 crystals and it still hasn't been resolved. I mainly wanted to check in since the new Ian quests give out crystals and I've been scared to even mess with crystals since losing mine haha. Do either of you know if it is safe to use the fragmentizer again, or should I wait until my ticket is resolved? I appreciate all of the hard work you all are doing behind the scenes, especially in the craziness of Luminaire! Thank you :)
