Items approved yesterday have lost all of their remainder batches. The slotting batch was distributed correctly, but the items are not appearing in the Active Items section, not in our CW shops, not in our retired section.
My was submitted as unlimited but doesn't exist anywhere beyond the 5 distributed copies (as an example). It appears that all of the 58 items approved yesterday are possibly in the same mysterious, vanished boat.

So...I went to "create"...I filled it all out, checked all the boxes, everything looked perfectly okay....
And then:
Your Uploads You currently have no pending uploads.
It just...ate all the information and didn't process it. I can redo it, but I'm sure I'll be in the same boat right after.
- sorry y'all, but I'm sure I'm not the only one trying to get submissions in for hopeful approval at/before BF starts....this will definitely negatively affect site income so I figure it's important enough to ping y'all for.

[edit] Second submission went fine, third returned a complete error page. Retrying.
Third submission through. Having some other weird errors (like shop purchase history not existing) but this is working!
I'm not sure if this is related, but one of my items that I was having trouble submitting isn't showing up on my active items page. It has 5 copies (1 more batch left) that I could either edit slots for or transfer directly to my cw shop. The item is . It isn't showing up in my shop either.
My newly approved item isn't either.
It let us submit but now the items appear not to exist to be moved. My was submitted unlimited but it's not in my active items and therefore I can't add it to my calendar and shop for the sale :/
Yikes! Let me know what these items are and where they should have gone, and I'll try to get them fixed asap :(

For me, it's the and it should be appearing in my Active Items section of the Custom Wearables main pages.
It's not there so I can't move it to my CW shop. I did get my copy, but it was submitted as unlimited.
It looks like is missing everything that they had approved today from their Active Items section - so I'd imagine everyone who had a cw approval today is in that boat. There were 58 total items approved =/
I'm having this issue with the & as well. xc I should have 5 slots left to assign but it isn't showing up in the active items.

I had the same issue with my . It was submitted as unlimited for Black Friday, and everyone in batch one got their copy, but it is not showing the remaining copies in my active items or anywhere else. I submitted a ticket yesterday before I saw this post. 😮 I thought it was just me!
Having this issue as well. :( My lumi gift just got onsite and I went to put copies in my shop so I could get them over BF but it's not listed on the Active Items page x_x

My newly approved is not being listed on the active page either... and it should have three remaining batches, still.
This is still happening with the latest round of approvals.
My and were just approved and were submitted as unlimited but do not appear in my Active Items.
- Just a heads up that the system is eating all further batches. Idk if this is being discussed behind the scenes but we're all losing everything aside from the initial slotted copies so you may want to hold off approving any more unless it's been discussed that you should keep approving anyhow among staff.
Unfortunately I thought the issue had been addressed, so when I went through and did CWs this morning to make sure things were in for Black Friday, I wasn't aware it was still happening :( I do know about it though and we'll be holding off on accepting CWs until it's addressed. So sorry for the frustration, everyone. I wish I had the solution!
@ jessi Not your fault at all! I had hoped it was going to be an easy fix also and I appreciate how hard you've been working to get all the CWs in so we could add them to shops. I just wanted to give you a heads up since it wasn't isolated to the approvals from the other day!

Check your active items y'all. I just checked mine and it looks like all 3 are there now.
- it might actually be resolved. Or at least they've been able to put the items into our actives.
- my three missing items appeared in my active items and I was able to successfully move them to my CW Shop! I'm hoping this means it's fully solved, but either way, I appreciate you working to fix this so quickly!
