floating rreigns not working

received this message on each of the 3 rreigns I tried to click on
Had 3 floating items pop up so far- 2 of them (the first two) were accompanied by "we have no record of this floating item", they also didn't appear in my inventory aa
Edit: Fourth one and " We have no record of this floating item (210761)!"
