So I did a quest of a cotton candy gummy ear for the wise oracle and I got this message...

I didn't get a reward.

Your best bet is probably to file a help ticket under the 'quests' category

I just received a request for an item for the Oracle. When I turned it in, it appeared that she accepted it but the page that came back with JUST her picture. I have no idea what she did. There was no explanation provided. The item was gone from my inventory when I checked.

After I posted the preceding post, I turned in a ticket. Staff found that I had received a 15 Wizard Token from the Oracle. Only the pet boost is still unknown. Later that day I received another request from the Oracle (the only time she has offered a quest twice in the same day) and it finished exactly as it should. I was able to read what blessing she gave the pet and the item given. I am assuming it has been fixed. :)
