Shop error - removes SP but does not give item

I was putting together an outfit in the wardrobe and had a few tabs open with items I wanted to purchase for the outfit. I purchased a "Curious Little Lilithe Doll" and I got the error "Your most recent purchase failed. An unknown error occurred." It took the SP from my account but did not give me an item. I tried to purchase it about 2 more times I think, getting the exact same error.
The fourth time I purchased it successfully and moved it immediately to my wardrobe but it does not appear anywhere in my account when I look in my wardrobe or do an account search.
I also attempted to purchase a Delish Lee Evening Dress which gave me the error again but took the SP anyways. I did close all my tabs and retried purchasing the items I wanted which worked fine but I'm kinda peeved since I just lost over 15 mil in SP.

As mentioned above, please make sure you file a ticket so staff can get your SP back.
From which screen were you attempting the purchases on (i.e. the shop search screen, directly in a shop, etc.)?
In between attempts of purchasing the new item were they bought from the same page? Did you refresh or re-navigate to it between attempts?
Which browser are you using?
I filed a ticket about the same thing the other day... the ticket seems to have been closed with nothing done. The same happened to me again today. I filed another ticket.
Browser: Firefox.
I did try refreshing, using a different link to shop search, and a bunch of other things. Occasionally, it would appear to go through with the purchase... and the items WERE in my inventory. But the items would disappear shortly after.
It looks like there is a second issue with the quests erroring out and taking items too... possibly. That happened today. I pulled the needed item from my hoard since the purchases kept disappearing... I tried to turn it in for the quest, got an error... item gone.
