How do I change my pet's headshot when I just got him overlayed?

I changed my mind I'm going to have my friend help me with it

It won't show your overlay on the pet headshot.

But the normal way is going through Personal > Pets > Pet choice > Change Pet Headshot.

Does the page that comes up look remotely like this when you click to change the headshot? And if it does, are you clicking the "Change pet headshot" to apply it?

On Firefox, it's under Tools then Add Ons, under Extensions > Plugins. It'll come up as whatever version of Javascript you're using and a little button that should read "Disable" if Javascript is enabled.
