Confirmed with another user that Sales History is updating erratically. The last update for me was around 3:30pm; it's nearly 4:30pm with no update on which items I've sold.

This is a minor issue and could definitely wait to be fixed (only shop micromanagers like me are affected), but I wanted to make a post so that staff was aware that it's happening o/

ETA: Sales history updated at 5:03pm, finally. It seems to take anywhere between 20 minutes and two hours.

I am also experiencing this issue. It says I received the ping about 6 hours ago and yet it's not saying what sold in my shop.

My last update was for yesterday at around 8:30 pm and I've sold quite a bit since then.

my last update was "11/17/18 - 8:33:49 am" and i know i've sold at least 8 items since then. :{

Having this same issue as well. Noticed it last night, gave it nearly 12 hours to update now and it still hasn't done so.

I'm experiencing this as well. My sales history hasn't updated. Last update was 11/18/18 - 3:41:37 am.

My profits updated but not the history itself. Since it's my expensive shop, I would sort of like to know what item or items sold for around 20 mil.

Same here, shop sales not updating. Says it's on a 15 minute delay. It's been quite a bit longer :)

I've sold a fair bit of items since.

My last sales update was 2 days ago (Nov 17) and this same alert keeps popping up periodically.

My sales history sales the last sale was on the 16th but my side bar says 5 and 3 hrs ago. So did I sell anything or not?

I'm hoping this gets fixed soon. I have no idea what I need to restock my shop with. :/ On the plus side, I'm getting random magic money in my till. XD

This is happening to me also. Some things show up as being sold, but most do not.

My sales history hasn't updated in about ten hours...

Mine hasn't updated since nearly 1am but I know many things have sold since looking at the profits sitting in it. I always like to see what's sold especially if any of the more expensive things sell.

I get the message that I have sale in shop. When I go to Profit, there will be sP to collect there but when I look at Sales History, there will be nothing there yet that matches what was sold. Eventually it used to be there after a while. The next time I get a notification, the previous sale(s) was included in History but the newest amount that will be in profits may or may not be shown in History. However today this was especially noticeable when the sale amount for a 1 Month Gold Account Medal was in profits but not listed in Sales History. The last item listed in my Sales History is dated 11/17/18 at 10:36:55 pm. I have still collected profits yesterday and today.

Hoping for staff acknowledgement on this asap! Chiming in, same issue, last time it was updated was

"11/17/18 - 8:07:48 pm"

That definitely isn't normal but I just at least wish to know if they already know or not. I was so sas when they made the History only 50 entries and it still bugs me and complicates thinga a lot to this day, now having lost data.. :(
