The description even says your pet will never go hungry again but it does. I get it that the berry never ends but I bought it to have ONE of my pets never need feeding again. Not to daily feed it an unending berry. Also it warns of mutations but that never happens either. I'd rather buy one berry per pet than buy one berry and keep feeding my pet's daily. Or else come up with another item that can fully feed a pet forever.
This is an unusual Suggestion. If you want to feed your pet for a long time you can go to the Veta Lakeside Resort or the Rathskeller Inn. These are every three or four weeks so you do need to do them again, but in terms of total clicks and cost compared to the cost of the Infinity Berry and the time spent feeding your pet with it, it's IMO a small effort
I can see folks with eighty pets and somehow not being into to Subeta enough to have a GA always running having a problem with the Inn/Resort and wanting to substitute the IB for using those places because checking that many pets in would be a serious pain. I'm very much a hater of popup "are you sure" boxes but if the IB gets changed this way I'd want it to have one, because it can seriously mess with a Gourmand pet.
I like my infinity berry. It helps me control which pets show up in battle. I don't want to feed it to only one pet ever. That was never the purpose of it and that is not what I bought it for. I don't want to have to buy one for each of my 24 battle pets and then ending up having to continuously scroll through pets. Hungry pets keep them from showing up, and I don't have to deal with that hassle. Maybe make a different item for this purpose, but I would be really upset if they changed how the berry works.
Please no. The berry feeds pets instantly when I need them fed and leaves them alone otherwise, as opposed to the resort who feeds them for a month after an hour of putting them in. That's what it's for, feeding your pet instantly and never running out so it can be shared between pets. I'm sorry you misunderstood how the item works but the way it works is actually great for battling and I wouldn't want it any other way.
What you're suggesting could be another item, although I'm not sure you'd want a pet to never be able to eat food again.

not only does it sound like a pretty not great idea to make a pet irreversibly full forever, i don't think that's even possible from a technical standpoint, especially when considering that pets can be transferred to / adopted by other users.
