Add Pet Transfer FAQ to Pet Transfer Page

Please excuse the messy title to this board, but I recently found that the Pet Transfer information that I've gathered on any page I was able to find information on to help me is extremely lacking and pretty weird to try and find. I'd love it if there could be a bit of information added to the Pet Transfer pages about the wait time of a pet that has been transferred recently (the 30-day wait time) and just generally any other useful information that may help other users out in the future. I think it would benefit many to know this information. Thanks for reading!
Edit: I was also made aware that others have had issues with not knowing that pets adopted from the pound also have a wait time after being adopted before they can transfer the pets again.
adding it to the pet transfer page and the FAQ page would be a good idea.

Should also add other issues like losing 10% of stats for higher stat pets. The fact that if you have a hydrus quest active it transfers to the new owner. And don't some pets lose their color? I also think there are a few other transfer issues, but I'm not sure. Which is why they need to be spelled out.
