So I understand that when you make a CW you can take slots and then people who wanted a slot can pay directly for the item to be created, but since I've never created a CW before is there a way to have it checked before trying to fill slots or paying for it? I'm pretty sure it will go through, but I'm super confused about how all this works!

Also, in terms of the batch size I notice you can change the amount so it doesn't have to be ten items, is the price to submit per item (500csc for each wig) or 5000csc for any number of wigs?

There is no pre-approval process for Custom Wearables. It needs to be paid for in order to be submitted into the queue to be checked. (But don't worry, if it's denied for any reason, if you've used the system in place for slotting, everyone is automatically refunded for you!)

When you submit an item (like a wig for example) you can either pay for one batch of the item (which is now 5 copies for 2500 csc in this case) or pay to submit it direct to your shop for a slightly raised price (You'll get just one copy of the item for 1,600 csc total. This option is mainly for people who don't like to deal with the hassle of slotting, as there is no guarantee that your item will sell once it's onsite. In this instance you'd need to sell 16 copies to make your money back if you kept them at the lowest price if you submitted it direct to shop.)

A private CW is a term that is not enforced by staff, but basically implies that you offer your CW to users under certain conditions, and typically only to friends / people you trust / etc. These terms can be things like "You cannot pawn this item / resell it / it must be traded back to me." Private CWs are good faith only, because like I said, it is not enforced by staff. So if you say "No resells" and someone resells it, you cannot report it, you cannot make them give it back / etc. Once it's their item, it's their item and there is nothing you can have staff do to change that otherwise.

Exclusive CWs are ones that are offered under special circumstances, such as "Only slotting on this item for 24 hours." or "Only available during my holiday event." etc. Basically just CWs with limited availability, and I find that it's usually limited based on time or sometimes I've seen exclusives based on being a part of a certain forum group / etc.
