So I'm not super savvy with the wardrobe and its functions. I've never really been super into making up HAs. But anyway my question is how do you get rid of the 'base' eyes/mouth/etc? I see so many people with really great HAs and stuff, but they're using custom item eyes/etc. Such as my own. BUT I always have to make sure I use an item that at least mostly covers the 'base' eyes and such. Is there a way to make it so that there are no base eyes and such selected so I can use whatever item I want without seeing a pesky base pair of eyes underneath? I'm sure this is a silly/stupid question, especially coming from someone who's been here a long time x.x I'm sorry! Please ping me!

For a normal HA, you just grab the eye, mouth, etc layer and drag it beneath the base layer. However, if you're using a skin (like the one you're using), this trick doesn't work. You have to work on/choose eyes that completely cover the skin eyes.

You can't delete or unselect them, but what you can do is move those layers behind the base layer (on the left drag and drop thing). Just put the layers that say "eyes" or "nose', etc. underneath the one that says "base" and you won't be able to see them.

[edit]Oh yeah, that's true about the skins though.

Thank you both! I don't know why that didn't cross my mind. I tried everything BUT that, of course. I knew the skins would be different of course, it only makes sense. Thank you guys again!
