Rachelles Replacement avatar parts not working

I had this problem in the past and lost several thousands on this. I never had issues ever in the past until the updates. None of the parts such as the jaw and eye replacements are even showing on my avatar. Is there a fix to this?
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I will look into this. In the meantime, you can file a ticket to get reimbursed the sP that you lost.

Ok thanks. How do I file a ticket? I know I spent quite a few testing it but not sure how much. Unless if you guys have it in records of past purchases. Thank for the reply

could it be related to this that every time I go to the healer to heal my pet she claims I have replacement limbs and offers to fix* it for me even though I haven't had (visible) replacement limbs on my avatar for years (as far as I know at least)? like.. I did have them in the past before the previous time something went wonky for a bit and they weren't showing up for a while, but I can't remember what I did after it got fixed that time.. I just know I decided I didn't want them anymore but I don't know if I actively had them removed at rachelles or not.. have I had phantom limbs this whole time?
*I never took her up on her offer even though it's free because I can't see them anyway, I've just ignored it so far, but now I'm wondering if it's related to this
I think this might be a caching issue. I spent a couple hours debugging this, and I found that if you go into your wardrobe and click "Wear" a few times, it can get it to update.
Make sure the replacement part isn't accidentally under your base though! Maybe it was just me being scatterbrained, but I replaced something on the face layer and I didn't realize the replacement part was actually on the "eyes" layer, so I had to drag "eyes" above my base before I could see it.
(Also, I pushed some code to Rachelle's shop just now, but I want to test it a bit before telling you it's okay to spend sP on it again!)

Ok thanks. I'll test it out after I get home from work today and update you on what happens. I use Google Chrome for my browser but I'll test it on Firefox and Edge. I have my adblocker software disabled on Subeta website so I know it's not that. I'll even test it on my phone when I go on lunch break.
I'll also put in for the ticket for the SP refund also while I get on that. Got busy offline and hadn't done it yet.
Were you able to check if this was fixed?
