I have been gone for so so long, I dont remember if we have a "guild" feature here?

We used to have cults which were very similar, but they've been replaced with forum groups. Biggest plus for me is that you can be a part of several groups at the same time. You can find several topics of forum groups here, or see the newest groups or search for specific keywords here.

THATS RIGHT! I totally forgot about cults. I wonder why they did away with it? Forum groups are pretty good I guess? I feel like that might be hard to follow conversation wise though.

Not really, since some have separate private forums. They just appear as extra forums below the general ones, if the owner(s) of the group have decided to do so. Groups can also be pinged as a whole as well, using the hashtag before the group name. They're pretty good and practical in my opinion, maybe that's why they decided for a change to groups instead of cults.
