Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't ToT waiting times usually decreased at the end of Morostide? And don't we usually get retired items from quests? Morostide ends tomorrow, so I'm surprised I haven't seen any of these changes come up yet.

they are usually decreased, but not anywhere near this soon. Usually it's in the last six to twelve hours.

Staff have promised us that old items would be coming out, I dunno if it's quest specific or Morostide specific. We were also told it would not be the last of the Keelhauliday items this year, so there may be something in the works that acts on both.
