I really hope I posted this in the right place. A few details. My computer is a Windows 10 and my phone is an iPhone 8. So the account I'm on right now is not my actual account. I am actually the newly named Lyrit. I will be deleting this secondary account once my issue is resolved. I just had no way of asking for help on the forums without a working account. I just today changed my username from opening a loyalty box. I changed it to a name that was already used by someone on here but they've been inactive long enough for me to be able to. Now when I log in on my phone or computer nothing loads except for the top menu bar as shown in the picture below. No amount of waiting, reloading, or changing or turning off wifi does anything. Please help?
