Is there an updated guide to fragging items anywhere? I know they overhauled the system a couple years ago, and I wanted to get back into it, but I don't know what has changed.

there isn't, as far as I know. However they have the rarities listed on the fragging page itself:

You can currently turn in the following rarities:</p>
<p>R1-99 (restocking items), 101 (retired items), 115 (melody items), 150 (special items), 160 (game prize items), and 175 (holiday items)!
In my experience, for everything except R60+, you get at least one crystal and often more. I'm getting between 1.3 - 1.5 crystals for every item I frag. I haven't really experimented with the R60+ group yet, so I can't give an estimate for those.
