I remember there was a now-defunct website that had an option to view the Wardrobe contents by overlay and not icon. Is there anything out there that does the same thing? To find CWs and such.

There is no way to view by overlay only. However, if you are looking for CWs vs. regular site items, you can use the "Show" sorting dropdown menu to set it to "CWs only."
