Hello there! I have been a member on Subeta for 11 years now, but the achievement says I have 0 years. Is there a way to fix this?

Going to your user dashboard should update that, but if you have other achievements that are also set to 0 like that and they shouldn't be, you may want to file a ticket first. A few years back the achievement system was updated and I don't know if the manual link to import them is still accessible

now the sidebar told me I received several of the longterm member achievements. but the achievement itself still insists that I am here for 0 years. And i got a gold membership medal for some reason.

Okay, update: the achievement has updated to the proper amount ( 11 years), but it didnt update the items. I at one point received 4 loyalty boxes. Those where the same I had in my inventory yesterday. I admit that it would be greedy of me to ask where the remaining (I believe its 6?) loyalty boxes are, so i understand if thats not possible to receive. but I still feel incluned to ask if I can get them somewhere?

If you've collected them in the past, you wouldn't be able to get them again, but you can file a ticket if you think they're missing
