Currently working on

Intoner as you can see it's just me positioning stuffing right now. But, I'm wondering how I can do the white content boxes with tabs (For credits etc) and scrolling. But, next to it also have a single column content box for treasure. Is this possible without designing it in Photoshop?

I also had a question about involving images and changing the fonts for the Owner and Species feature?
