I know people have had problems with HA outfits not showing up or shifting around and stuff, but my HA isn't showing up at all - at least for me. I have been able to see everyone else's HA's so I feel like I'm the only one this is happening too, unless other people can see mine. I use Safari on a Mac and my HA just appears as a little blue box with a question mark in it. In the wardrobe, my HA does appear, but with that same little box in the corner. I can change it and save it all I want but it still doesn't show up. I know some fixes have been made recently but this is still happening to me so I think it might be a different issue entirely. I saw someone suggest using a hex remover but that didn't work either.

Try toggling your base features (go to Base tab, pick different eyes/eye color, base etc and then save. Then you can change them back to whatever base features you want, save again.)
