Ive seen ppl post about seeing Ian at the PP.. ... havent seen him. Ive seen ppl saying they got new messages at the PP ... seeing nothing new. Ive seen ppl saying they cant get in the basement?? I cant get in ... anywhere.

Am I missing something in a first step? Is there an actual guide about somewhere? (I did look around first).
