So I kind of basically took off from Subeta for a few months. I'm not even sure how long, lol. I basically got re-obsessed with Fallout 4 and then the summer was gone and BAM I was away for a long time. I realized, now that I'm back, that I'm totally fine with only having one pet. So I'm going to adopt out everyone except for Olivine (who I'm going to rename to her original name if it's available and remake her to her original species). Edit: Olivine is now Felinah and a Lilac Celinox again! Hooray!
I would really prefer that you keep their names, as most have fantastic ones. I'm less picky if you want to change anything else, although they're mostly great colors as well. I would also be open to you keeping their stories/characters if you like them, as long as you give me credit. I will be keeping their minions, unless you want to buy them.
I don't require a super fantastic application. I'll mainly be looking at your current pets to see what you've done with them. Just post, pinging me, with who you're interested in (keep it to one or two per person right now please) and tell me a little bit about why you want them. I'd prefer if you keep it to this thread and not smail me. Honestly, I've got my mind made up about doing this, so it'll probably go pretty quickly.

Bixby <3 I am [I]absolutely[/I] in love with that name! And super excited by it because I've had a specific story idea in my head for a while now but haven't found the right name to fit the character and "Bixby" is perfect!
[Spoiler=Application for Bixby] One of the joys of my career has been working with parrots. I was never a bird person until those little suckers stole my heart with their big personalities, crazy antics, complex behaviors, and hilarious mimicry. I've been wanting to make a cute character/story pet about a parrot and Bixby is a perfect name for the tone I'm planning. It's cute but not too cutesy and it sounds a little like a robot's name (makes me think of WALL-E) so it also comes across as intelligent.
I have two ideas for the story itself, and may actually blend them into one. Something I'm passionate about is responsible and educated pet ownership. I love that you volunteer at the human society, because I actually worked at a rescue and it lit my heart of fire for the issues surrounding the treatment of animals as property in the US (it's also why I have three dogs haha). Plus, I work in a zoo and one of the things I educate about the most is why exotic animals don't make good pets for 99% of people. So I'm thinking Bixby will be an ambassador parrot at a zoo, who was donated by an owner who couldn't take care (actual story for a macaw I worked with) or it will be a super adorable story about a pet parrot but be peppered with info about why they're tough pets. I know it's almost silly to include that kind of topics in my pet stories, but they're very important to me and I write best about things that I feel strongly about.
My pets are all works in progress, some closer to completion than others. I'm focusing right now on getting the stories written for each (I'm mostly working on that by hand in a notebook because that way I can work anywhere in the house with my animals instead of being shut in the computer room - rabbit + computer wires = bad situation). As each character comes to fruition I'm finalizing species and color and TC. I'm also currently learning how to modify a few pre-made profiles so I can make something unique for each pet (except those I've already bought profiles for). I can share which pets are the best examples of each completed step if you'd like :)

I am super interested in Enid and would probably replace my current pet Enid Coleslaw with her. (she would eventually be a darkmatter hippotu with an overlay). She would be a fan pet, but I would be committed to getting her a profile and filling her TC (as can already be seen by the pet she’d be replacing).
unfortunately my two pets with profiles right now (velma and silhouette) have broken profiles because of a change in subeta’s coding, but I will be working to get them fixed soon + starting to work on getting just as nice profiles for my other pets - hopefully, including enid if you choose me as her new owner!

I would be really interested in Enid. <3 I would be interested in making a story were she is a witch studying at university, similiar in line to some cute shows like Little Witch Academia and Mary and the Witch's Flower. (and my personal guilty pleasure, Solmare's Wizardess Heart, LOL) I also love Welsh names, especially names that feature in Arthurian tales or from mythology, so I think she'll also fit right in with a lot of my other pets! But I'd like to her to be a witch that, while she has a lot of potential, she is still far from mastering it. While she is smart, she is also really overwhelmed by the wizarding world, since it was completely alien to her before she suddenly found herself thrust into it after exploring something (maybe a forest, or an old house of a great-grandparent...?) which helped set everything in motion. She's intrigued and excited (and sometimes mortified), but she has a lot more to catch up on than a lot of her peers, and is often fascinated by "mundane" magical things that others take for granted. I am hoping to fill up her treasure with all sorts of "magical" things, from ingredients to more "witchy" stuff, which, being October I think I will be able to find a lot of the stuff floating on-site which is nice. Right now a lot of my pets are under construction since Subeta decided to vomit on their profiles. :') I cleared most of them and am in the process of redoing the rest, but Anastasia and Anna both have "clean" profiles. Belle and Brienne's, unfortunately, are prime examples of... well, something happening so they're really ugly. |D' I am hoping to get at least one profile done every week, as much as time allows it, though. yay midterms
(PS. I am also obsessed with Fallout so I completely understand where you are coming from LOL. I also love Bethesda's other series, too, especially Elder Scrolls)

I'd love to be considered to adopt Kaio! His name fits a character I have who's been floating around nameless for a while.
Kaio is an obnoxious coyote demon that doesn't understand street lights, instagram, or the fact that you can't just walk through a wall and show up in someone's room unannounced at 3am to freak them out.
Insooni owns and runs her own ramen shop that she just opened up. Running a ramen shop is a family tradition and so ramen broth basically runs in her blood, despite her passion for baking (and her inability to make ramen as good as her family.) Unbeknownst to her, she ended up renting a property for her restarurant that happens to have a portal which opens up to a different time period.
Kaio likes to come through this portal and into the modern era to subside his boredom. And his favorite thing to do is pretend to be a ghost and see how long it takes to terroize and scare out the tennents of the property that Insooni is now renting. And he ends up getting more than what he bargained for when he tries spooking Insooni out of the property. 😱
I've recently come back from a SUPER long hiatus (8 years??? LOL) away from Subeta, and ended up getting hooked back in as working on characters has been a nice non-monetized creative outlet for me.
The majority of my pets are just bare bones and under construction right now. I didn't really focus on writing out characters when I first started on this site many many years ago. 😂
But right now I've been focusing on learning how coding pet lookups work here on Subeta, and really pouring most of my energy into LeeLee's story, page, and TC as I've got a lot of inspiration for her right now. Her story also involves .Raiden. (a werewolf demon) and Oli. (human guy who ((when traveling the country with his band)) collects, documents, and sometimes hunts folktales and urban legends in different cities/states)! So I'll be working on them here and there as LeeLee's story progresses.

I've been looking at your pets 4 to be exact to try and see what to ask you about. It was hard the stories alone on a few of them are very good and a few i can relate to alot from them. i would like to ask about Correy and Funsies. Correy i love the design and story and would keep it like you have it written. He would be treasured. he was my first choice from the 4 i liked. Funsies wow. I showed the page to my bf he read it and his first response that is so like you. that is why i had to ask.
most of my pets are either colors i liked or the species i liked. with 1 or 2 being my zap pets till i get one i really want it to be. i haven't learned the coding or anything for the look ups. not something i understood and honestly as you can see im not the best writer. if allowed either of these or both i can promise they would be treasured like all my pets are.

Would love to make them into some sort of mythical based pets. I have Yoshiko and Shinobi would love to make them in a similar style.
The idea of a sort of person who sees the spirit world would be fun with either name. I have lots of ideas to use.

I have a mighty interest in Ellyn since I was just looking up name similar to her's not long ago that was already owned. Granted a lot of my kiddos are undergoing wips/I haven't had the chance to get anything down on their profiles or having their profiles revamped due subeta happening. Ezio is the most complete, but is going to be revamped a little too. ;;

She'll will be turned into a possible Reborn Noktoa, Lain or Irion orrrr a Bloodred Dragarth I'm so not toying with the idea of Ellyn becoming an skyrim oc. Nope, nope. -Shift eyes-. I haven't quiet decided which way I'd like to go if I were to adopt her. P;
Lyn's a powerful fire and earth mage(a play on the name's relation to Helen and the Sun and in addition to the infamous volcano) that seeks out relics left by the first mages, and the gods of my world, to study them or if there happens to be any booby traps left behind safely - as safe as anyone possibly can when it comes to the dangerous devices - destroy or deactivate said devices after receiving a report of one being found by farmers or explorers. In addition to being a mage she's part archeologist, scholar and full on linguist, all thanks to her inquisitive nature.
Growing up she lived in her elder sister's shadow, but never resent her for taking the spotlight from her. She, in fact, enjoyed it. It gave her the chance to explore the world around them and it was during one of these little adventures when she turned 13 she stumbled upon an ancient ruin that had been long deserted and showed signs of scorching from lava and fire magic - yet there was no known volcano anywhere near the location; just a small mountain that had been weathered down to a large hill. Within the ruins was another mage that had wandered there, chasing rumors of a potential hazardous trap in unaware that the ruins had become Ellyn's little sanctuary. When the two bumped into each other, they exchange questions that led into a debate on what the ruins were and how they ended up scorched - both agreed that this was the main chamber in a temple of some sort. It was that very debate and the 'what ifs' that had enticed her into looking into the past. It'd be after she would become and adult she discover that the "temple" she and the other mage had discovered was just the very thing they had speculated; a temple. Once that belonged to the fire god Esper(not on here) centuries ago.

hey there! =} I'd like to express my high interest in your Montre Kaemin...
That name and color combo just struck something. I love the Nightmare color and to be honest, have been looking around for a new pet. One that is supposed to take over the place as the thief of 'the guild' in my world. The place Adept currently holds, but that one is supposed to become fan pet... so... Kaemin sure fits the bill! =D sleak shadowy appearance. sneaky grin and a mind for mischief. hm, in the process of becomming thief he'd lose most of his wild side tho...
while reading, seems i'm not the only one to have probs with the coding. XD well, i've been on and off for some years, quite frustrated and decided not to care about the broken code too much. apparently for years now. but since a month or so i am active in that part, Akimbis profile got recently fixed up. it's still the old look but less broken (how 'broken' looks can be seen on Ramah, he's in line for fixing after i get the needed bg art done). there are some cool templates around as well... tho planing on replacing them with selfmade code later on. storywise i have to admit that my charas live mainly in my head, not on paper/pages. not yet. however they inhabit a 'lil world of thier own.
if you'd allow it, i would love to welcome Kaemin in my world. and thank you for such a chance in first place. =} -Nacht
