It was one of the sites I had to drop due to irl being busy. But I have a gap betwen jobs now.

They’re trying to fix the hyperinflation mess by starting over with a new currency, platinum. A lot of old cash shop items are super cheap due to the game granting chance items for logging in every day. There’s a daily avatar contest called Runway that rewards voting. A pet battle game called Lake Kindred gives out chance items too.

Gaia is the original avatar site, and I’m astounded by all the items available now.

That hyperinflation was the main reason I left Gaia years ago. I don't even remember what my username might have been. I hope the site can make a comeback.

I'm not active but once in a while I just log in on my old account. I miss the cinema's where you could watch a vid together. That was kinda fun.

I actually got a Gaia account before I got this one. I didn't stay for long and haven't gone back since I left lol. I feel like subeta marries gaia and neopets together in a nice combo of avatar and petsite.

I remember someone on the fourms was saying that it was annoying that that 13-14 year olds were on the site and that they hated them, and for someone who was 14 at the time I was pretty upset. Now being 21, I can look back on the memory and say "wow that guy was a douche and it wasn't just me being upset because it was targeting me".

I did like the comics though. It was like a regular plot schedule, which was pretty cool.

I legit only log on to GaiaOnline just for the dailies (spinami for free items and daily reward for free gold lmao)

Everything else is kinda meh for me, especially the forums; I wish the cosplay forums were more active, though.
