I can't seem to figure out a good strategy. I'm looking to take down: Maliss Bopper, Rita, Captain Fishbreath Jacques - as of now. Any help and suggestions (thank won't depend on drop mils on mils) would be greatly appreciate. ~Please let me know if anyone would be willing to jump on the borrow/lending weapons concept. Here is my battle info: Pet Stats Armory Scrolls (AP:137)

With Fishbreath, your best bet is just to chain freeze him with multiples of Shriek of Despair/Psycho Smasher/Strong Stomp/Cold Blast scrolls. The amount of damage he can do in a single turn would almost certainly wipe you out otherwise, even with weapons that could block one or two of his icons, like Blessed Trident or Swashbuckle(for wind coverage).

You could do much the same for Rita.

As for Maliss Bopper, multiples of Cobalt Eternal should help you but they can be iffy at best. You'll need to block I believe it was dark, fire, physical, and earth? I believe I used Blackmoon's War Plate for one of my 'attackers', since it covers most of the elements up to 7 or so icons defensively.

You should generally bring along either Amulet of Neutrality, Shinwas Temple Shard, or Rainbow Vortex if not all of them as emergency blocks. You can also equip Negating Pylonic(one use full block) and Glaciating Pylonic(one use freeze chance).

Someone else might be able to offer more in-depth information that can work with what you've got available right now. You should definitely be able to pull off at least Maliss Bopper if not Rita for where your stats are, you just may need to borrow the right equipment.

Don't forget to redo your weapon mods, since freeze and freezeblock are useless on Maliss. Using a bunch of pylonics and shards (and figuring out the right timing for them) pushed me to the 25 win mark.

Don't know how many wins you are trying for, but I managed 5 wins each on Maliss Bopper with Tos (T10) and Tharg (T9) using these weapons - . I also had and one each and Tos also had one . Tharg did have to use some (cheap right now!) for the last two wins and one for the fifth win. Fatal Fire is excellent since it blocks fire and dark and also attacks, while Perilous Whirlpool blocks just fire.

Last year I was able to use a which made fighting Maliss Bopper much easier.

Basically it's do as much blocking as possible with your weapons while still getting to attack.

Rita is easier because you can freeze her and use healers.
