I am tier 11 and I can't quite beat Maliss Bopper.. I have tied a few times, but that was because I got a critical hit. I have 3 cobalt eternal scrolls and rainbow vortex. What are some cheap weapons that block a lot of physical, dark, fire and wind? Are there any affordable scrolls that act as bombs?

Maliss Bopper has healing, freezing, and steal disabled so you'll want to avoid doing any of those things. However, you can blast its weapons so Recycle Blaster and Soma Tablets will work just fine.

A good bomb and defensive scroll is Fatal Fire Scroll. It'll help block those fire and dark icons while also dealing damage.

Plague Claw is a decent physical blocker. Paintbrush Blades can block dark and light, plus has a blessing that blocks fire, physical, and wind. Flayed Lord Breastplate or Blackmoons War Plate may also come in handy as shields.

You'll also want potions. My pet's T12 and I wouldn't have made it to the 25th win without a Negating Pylonic. Unfortunately you can only use that once per battle. The shards are one per battle too, but one each one will block a lot of its associated icon type. Dark potions, however, can be used each turn and will help you get more damage in so you can equip a lot of those.

Be careful with the pylonic though because you want to time it right. I tended to use them when I needed to get one last hit in and even then I still lost a couple because I didn't do quite enough damage. It also gets expensive as they are over 50,000 sP each right now.

How do you get the Blackmoons War Plate? It's an achievement prize, but from what achievement?

It's a reward for the 'Big Spender' achievement, for spending 1 billion sP in the Millionaire Center.

Maliss Bopper drops:

Dark Mage Amulet Dark Mage Amulet You earned 6500 sP for beating Maliss Bopper!

What is your budget for weapons and scrolls?

Maybe 10 mil? I don't want to blow a lot of SP, just to beat one opponent.

Do you plan on a lot of battling? Because if so it becomes more of an investment. At T11 you're already looking at some of the best weapons being very expensive (what a different The Ether and Natasha made for me).

10 mil is an extremely low budget for battle equipment, unless you already have some of the endgame weapons. If you plan to start taking on the impossible challengers, you're pet is already at the tier where you will want to start making investments in end game weapons. That being said, most of the recommendations I am about to make for this challenger I am only recommending based on your budget. Eventually, you will pay more in the long run if you plan on taking on the hardest challengers in the game because these weapons are specific to the bopper, not necessarily all-around good options for any challenger.

Weapons - blocks more dark damage than an unmodded paint brush blades - blast enemy opponent - good entry level T11 weapon. 4 mod slots to add deffense - block wind - block physical

worthy investments (useful for many opponents) - block 100 wind and heal 10% - blast an additional enemy weapon when used with recycle blaster - block 100 fire and heal 10%

scrolls - infinite use scroll that will block some fire and wind. Alternatively, you can buy more cobalt scrolls or fatal fire scrolls, then use the lightweight axe to block wind

I do, but I hate depleting my 1.1 bil I have saved up..

Currently I have:

I have wanted to upgrade the Reborn Icewand of Doom and Plague Claw, but I think everything is going to cost a lot. I was curious about what other scrolls I should have, in addition to the cobalt eternal and Aftershocks.. Also, I thought I should have something that blocks freezes and maybe curses, if that's possible..

I saved a billion once, but now I have Natasha and The Ether. :D That's specifically what I was saving up for though. It's entirely what you want to use your sP for. If you have other plans for it then save it, but you will end up limiting how much battling you are going to be able to do.
