I’m after a name on an account set to clear on 09/22/18 at 3:00pm... but it’s now past 4pm and the account hasn’t cleared yet. :’0 I’ve been waiting for this name for months.

Is this a bug, or is the account clearing just a little slow sometimes?

It is an error that's been going on for a while, but it's a bit of a complicated one to fix and has been busy with a lot of other things lately.

Last mentioned on that thread, they're going to likely be putting a message on profiles saying they might clear either a day early or a day late due to a glitch, just to give people a heads up about it.

I would check again tomorrow at around 3:00 and hopefully you'll be able to get it then. :)
