What weapons and/or scrolls should I be using?

It's been a long time since I fought her, so this is all going off of memory, but you need two main attackers that deal as many water icons on their own as possible(Pirate Cutlass is okay for this, but I want to say that you'd be better off replacing the Frozen Ocean Curl with a Unstable Sample Syringe just for the heal and the magma icons blocked) and the same with a scroll that can also heal you(Ocean Currents scroll fits this agenda). You need to protect yourself against having your equipment stolen if I remember correctly, so at least two Blessing of Natural Armor tear crystals should be on your attackers and then fill the rest of the mod slots with the higher-end water crystals(Water Marquise Crystal is the second-best and doesn't cost an arm and a leg like the Eye of Royalty crystals do).

I'd probably ditch the Malignant Rift Staff but I don't know what to suggest in its place. The One Ring could be swapped out for a better once-per-battle healer like Reviver of the Lion. I don't recall if you can actually blast/steal any of her weapons so I don't know if you need the Truth Serum and Recycle Blaster, but if you can at least blast but not steal, then I'd replace Truth Serum with Soma Tablets.

With where you are at T11, I want to say this should be doable. You just may need to borrow some of the equipment I mentioned.

The forj erupting is doable with a T11 with the right weapons. The forj can only be damaged by water and she does a lot of wind, fire and magma damage. These would be the best weapons/scrolls for her:

she has the chance to steal so you could mod with blessed armor crystals. However she doesn't steal often so water offensive crystals are good to mod for more water damage. I can't remember if she freezes or not, I know she can't be frozen, but parched baguettes would give you more water damage and protect from freezing.
