Just tried to turn in an Oracle quest and got the following error

Reward : SQL Error UPDATE pets SET defence=defence+3 WHERE petid='5949080'

The quest is still active, no reward given but the item she asked for has been taken from my inventory

Hi - sorry no one got back to you sooner. You can try filing a ticket to see if a UA can track down the item you should have gotten/was taken.

Has this happened again since then?

That's okay :3 I was able to claim the reward the next day with no problems, though I haven't had another oracle quest since then so I'm unable to tell you if it's still an issue.
