Introduction (Read if new to this thread.)
Welcome to Zaps for Dreams 2.0! The main feature of this thread is that it contains a handy dandy public google doc so that everyone can add themselves to the waitlist, rather than having to go through me. (You can still ping me here if you are interested in one of my current UFA pets, ping users on the waitlist if you have a pet they want, and generally chat about your dream pets. In fact, do stop in to chat on this thread from time to time, so that I can make posts when I need to.)
I have a particular penchant for zapping experiments, so please keep an eye out in my adoptables thread here: Firelaw's Adoptables Thread if you are looking for an experminent.
You only need to read the full rules if something isn't clear. If you still have a question, just ping me! I do my best to be as forthcoming as possible in my goings-on about the site.

How do I enter?
Just add yourself to the wishlist with a note of all the pets you are searching for. Make sure to mention any specifics, such as tier, birth day/year, or ID.
That's it! You can enter or change your wishes at any time.
The only rule I personally have about adopting out is that I don't like to adopt out to accounts less than 1 month old. But this is my preference, and other users may be willing to do so, so you are still welcome to add yourself to the wishlist.
Can I change my choice of pets? Sure can!
What if I don't want the pet anymore? Just let the person know, and remove yourself from the waitlist ASAP. If you don't keep your wishlist up to date, how will we know what to look out for?
This sounds really cool and I want to help by zapping. First off, awesome, and thank you! You are always welcome to zap your own pets. It's up to you to check the wait-list regularly to look for matches, and to let the waitlistee know when you have something. I simply cannot police each helper individually. Thank you for your understanding!
This sounds really cool and I want to help by donating pets. I will be accepting any pets that people don't want anymore, so if you have someone you want to donate to the cause, I'll gladly accept them, the only exception being if my pet slots are full. In that case, let me know anyways and I'll get back you when I have a spare. I'll always try to take every pet that needs a home. Sometimes helpers will have spare slots, so if you need to get rid of your pet right this second, you can always try to contact them.
What if I don't want the pet because I don't like their name/ID/stats/etc.? Probably if you have some sort of requirement like this, you should include it in your wishlist somewhere, to avoid confusion. It's somewhat rude to the helpers who are working so hard to make sure everyone gets the pets of their dreams. Also, if you are looking for pets with a specific birthday, rather than posting them here, please go to this thread: Looking for a Specific Birthday? since they specialize in that sort of thing. Can I give you/the helper who got my dream a thank-you present? Yes, BUT pet "trading" and "selling" are against the forum rules. Accepting items in exchange for pets is not allowed! There is 100% no obligation to give anyone anything, and if anyone asks you to give them something in exchange for a pet they are breaking site rules.
The sanity clause. (Aka the activity check.)
Every once in a while, I will try to ping everyone on the wait-list in a post. I'll say something like "what's your favorite color". You must reply to these posts, or be dropped from the wait-list. (Though, of course, you are free to re-apply at anytime.) In addition, to make it slightly less annoying, everyone who does reply will be entered in a raffle to win something. What? It will probably be different every time! I'll try to dig up things that are cool without being super valuable. This may not happen often, as was previously the case, but they will happen occasionally.

Are you still looking for people to help zap? (I think that was you, correct me if I'm wrong!) After we get our quest a thon slot, I'll be able to do it!
glad to see you back again! The whole point of the new thread is that people have to add themselves to the google doc, so I am not an intermediate in the process, since the old method was very clunky.
Oh dear it seems I had not updated the link to my new version of that thread! Silly me. Thank you for letting me know, it should be all fixed now. Edit: Also, as it says in the rules, we're always happy to have helpers but it's just a matter of keeping an eye on the wishlist and matching it to what you have. I don't supervise each helper individually, as it's just not feasible in terms of time.

Thanks. And the reason I pinged you is because, I don't have permission to edit the doc currently. I just sent a request to you to allow it though. And please excuse my awful email address. I created it when I was 15 and had an obsession with dark things. :P

hello lovelies! Goodness it's been a while since this thread got some love. You all need to chat more!
It's a New Year here on Subeta (and everywhere else that uses the same calendar year), and I thought what would be a better celebration than new pets! In other words, today is a sanity check. Sorry! This is a reminder to make sure your spreadsheet wishes are up to date! If you do not respond to this post within 48 hours I will clean your name from the spreadsheet, but as always, feel free to add yourself anytime.

Happy new year! I've been trying to get some of that list myself to no luck D: Question: can we already zap into cash shop pets/colors? =/
You can zap most colors/species with a couple exceptions. I believe Angelic and Galactic, and Bumbus and Bhakoru cannot be zapped, although I'm not 100% sure if there are any others.
