Hi, the name is Alexy, nice to see you. I'm having a long distance medical situation, an EMERGENCY(Yes, with capital letters) , and every minute counts, details will be partly under spoiler tag (trigger warning: mental health situation):
My lil bro is in Peru (and i'm stuck in Venezuela with no passport), he is sick and wihout a diagnosis (I ignore exactly what the sickness is) and practically alone. We need to send him to a doctor, get the diagnosis and, travel at his side if necessary.

Two weeks ago, he started to behave abnormally, then the lack of appetite, insomnia and suicidal thoughts.
He tried to jump over a balcony during a videocall with my sister. Thanks goodnes, his roomate pulled him back.
The overall situation is confusing and piercing, we really need to provide him medical cares before he tries anything else.
