Hi! I'm back after a couple years away.

I left Subeta 2 years ago, I gave away all my sP and items to help me to make sure I didn't come back. (It was a MUCH needed break). So I'm sort of starting over. I don't remember exactly the best ways to go about making sP and collecting items so any refresher tips would be great. I remember questing! That's about it.

Why I Left:

I left because my personal life was in shambles. I had moved to a new city on my own and rather than making real life friends, I stayed here. I made great friends here (some who have already reached out when they saw me return <3 ) ... but I was getting lonely, and therefore doing stupid things for attention in my real life.

I was drinking... a lot! Which is not good for anyone, but especially not when you have Multiple Sclerosis. I was hanging out with ex boyfriends in the area I had moved just to have SOMETHING to do. This led to a spiral of unhappiness. So I frequently turned to coming home to jump onto Subeta just to have a place to be. It was a great escape from the real world I was hating.

Subeta has always been my "guilty pleasure." I loved it! (and hoping I still will!) ... but I was always embarrassed to tell people I played or even knew what it was. Don't ask me why. I just fear judgement. I decided one night I was tired of being alone so often in the real world, and I quit subeta in order to force myself to go out and do things. I felt if I dropped the site that was my addiction, I would make some friends and do something besides sit at home at night.

Results:

In the past 2 years, I have gotten promoted several times at work. I am now at a lead position. (Lead graphic designer!) Made a handful of new, wonderful friends that are all great Met the love of my life Married the love of my life Traveled to several states in the US just because Moved into my first house rather than an apartment

So, I'm happy to have taken the break. It did me a lot of good! But, I'm also happy to now be back - with a better balance and handle on my life. If any of my old friends are still active on here, I'd love to hear from you. And I'd love to meet some new people as well!

I also have tons of questions on how to edit some things that are still "stuck" from two years ago. (The sidebar shortcuts on the right... my old shop which is stuck in my list with a hazard sign by it and I have no idea how to remove)

Thank you for the invites! I do remember what they are for! And I know they have tons of great clothing items that come in and a selection of great makeup always. I could definitely use some new eyes/lips. I appreciate it! runs to shop makeup

EDIT: I am waiting about a month to get my pets anything.... at first, I couldn't remember how to log in. So i made a new account. Then i randomly had my login info saved in a browser i never used and got in. So i sent all my pets to my new account because I didn't like my Jay_Kateri username anyway. Then i got a free username change... and now I have to wait 30 days to send my pets back and delete my little dummy account

Huh. I do not see it. ;/ And I am soooo not the person to ask about how to make it show up. lol

Sounds like you have certainly been through a lot! hug I missed you! I remember you talking about the move, drinking and other things so have been hoping things turned better for you.

Life gets wild at times. We all go through things, even sometimes just not talking about it. I don't tell many that I play this site. Not out of fear, but honestly, none of their business of my "guilty pleasure". My best friend here in town plays off and on so that's fine. I have this group and some others here in Subeta that I also call friends.

I know you have been through some really tough times. If you ever need to talk, I'm here. I've had multiple health issues that popped up in the last year and half so it's been a wild health journey. Most days I fight to just feel normal but honestly just fake feeling better. I've lost both my husband's Step Dad (in June) and my own Grandmother in August. This year has sucked and now I find myself dealing with house/family issues dealing with her death. This has been really trying and as sad as I am feeling, this place is my haven that allows me to temporarily forget everything bad. I am glad to have it whenever I have free time to play.

I totally understand the temporary escape. I'm glad to see you're still active on the site! I was worried a lot of old friends may have left over the years so I'm very excited to see some familiar faces.

Sorry for the second ping. Just saw your edited questions in the main post. I think most of our group still plays on and off, but our chatting has gone down :( I'm always here though lol

1. The shop's thing is a change the site pushed about a year or so. As Gold Accounts, you can have 6 Shops/Galleries. The size limits are determined by either it being a shop (Max is 2500 items) or Galleries are a max of 10k items. If you have more shops or galleries than allowed, you get that alert. You either have to move out the items or delete it. You can delete it by opening the shop and going to the Delete shop tab.

2. The dailies page is under construction by staff, but this forum post is a good place to start with your daily stuff to help you earn Sp. https://subeta.net/forums.php/read/9302

3. You can update your saved Tabs by going to your Dashboard and then the Bookmarks tab. You can rearrange them, take them out or even add to them there. You can also add them by hitting the tab with the plus sign on the page you actually want tabbed if you are in a rush.

It's the delphi hair unlocked from a quest (though i can't remember which one....) and it's just colored blue.
