Yep...its why I ignore the CW market. Too much disappointment, way too little success.

All the other rain foregrounds I've found have clouds, or a dark tint, or both... This one was perfect. But not to be.

it is actually really easy to find out who submitted any CW. Just take a look at the url of the image, in this case it is https://img.subeta.net/items/custom/430990_154014.gif

Notice the url has two sets of numbers The first set identifies the submitter. Copy that number and go to any user profile, delete the name of that user and replace it with the number you have copied and go to that person's profile to find out who it is.

I would advise caution with discussing this, tbph. Subeta tends to crack down on discussion of frozen members for obvious reasons of they're not here to defend themselves.
