I swear there are times where he has claimed he has 3 5s for example he has not had 3 5s or 1s. Help

Your dice are also counted.

You can only see your own dice but you have to consider his dice too. 1s are wild and can be considered in with whatever the number in question is. The game is basically making statements about the amount of dice in play. After a certain point either you or him has to make a complete and total guess about the dice, and it's a game of nerve. Do you or him accuse each other of lying about the dice?

Example: You look at your dice and see two 5s. You can say "there are at least two 5s." He says "there are at least three 5s". Okay, there could be, he could have a 5 as well. So now you have to take a chance and gamble and you can say "there are at least four 5s."

He could accuse you of bluffing now and the dice are revealed. If he has an amount of 5s or 1s that adds up to four including your dice, then you win the round because he wrongly accused you of bluffing. If he doesn't have that many 5s or 1s then you lose because he caught you lying about the amount of dice.

If you get away with it, he could say "there are at least five 5s." Now that seems ridiculous to me (not impossible, just unlikely) so that's when I would accuse him of bluffing. If there aren't that many 5s or 1s in play then you win the round.

You don't have to keep guessing about the amount of 5s, that was just for consistency in the example. You can guess about any of the dice but once the game progresses you have to guess a higher number than him. (If he guesses two 4s you can't go back down and guess that there's one six).
