I've just wanted to move 3 items to another shop, but I chose the wrong shop and got a "something went wrong" warning. Alas the items had vanished from the original shop - and from my account altogether.

No need for a ticket or such, but I wanted to bring it to attention. Maybe it's an ongoing glitch.

Oh, no, I waited for a while and checked repeatedly, if they had shown up delayed. I know, it looks as if it had worked :-)

I needed one for a quest, noticed one in Boas New Treasure Cove and 3 in Boanother Shop and wanted to shift them all to a single shop and priced the one. However I mistakenly chose The New Shop of Boa, which is full) and the 3 poofed. Then the swords restocked and I bought 3 (to make up for the lost ones, I'm such a Monk!). One I used for the quest and the other 2 went into the shop.

I rechecked the swords again this morning after having read your post. And I believe it happened before, but usually I don't really pay close attention.

So I guess, this is a glitch which is kind of bound to happen, if one chooses a full shop to move items around.

This may be related, even though it is a tad different.

I moved 4 Gross Black Leech Pizza to my shop Former Book Storage Boa s Treasure Cove - one went in immediately, the others got queued. I changed the price on the one (from 999.999 to 2 mio). A little later I got the event, that my items had been moved. I wanted to check, that the price hadn't been reverted to 1 mio by the new 3 1 mio ones coming in. I shop searched, account searched and looked in the shop, I only have one in the new shop, the other 3 queued ones poofed.
