I just recently changed my username. However I can no longer ping my old cw group to let them know so they can switch over to my new one. How do I let them know? Or is it a "I'll join when I visit your thread again."?
I dunno if I should have posted this here or some other forum. Please move my thread if so.

Oh? Hmmm...I just checked out your old CW group (it's # Arwencws, right?), and it shows you as the owner, so I would assume you should still be able to ping it...but maybe there's a glitch?
Otherwise, you could just ping # customwear and make an announcement to all that you've changed your username and have a new CW group to join.

just fyi - reaper told me that for general announcements, do not use the # customwear group. Only for cw related pings.

Ooohhh, okay then. I thought it’d be considered CW-related since it’s about making sure CW buyers are aware of you changing your CW group and essentially the identity of your CW shop (since you changed your username), but now I understand otherwise since you actually aren’t releasing any CWs right now. Sorry about that! 😓 That’s totally my bad. DX
