REALLY bad lag

I don't know if it's me but the last hour or so the site has REALLY been a chore to use.... I've checked other sites I visit and they load but Subeta has been stalling and lagging and just not loading most times. 504 errors pop up too....
Am I the only one? I do know the site was like this earlier but that was cleared up cause of all the new items added... it was running fine until like 20-30 minutes ago?

Yep. There's been general slowness all day. But just recently started up with killer lag, 504/502 and blank pages.

It's been happening since yesterday for me. Likely due to the Quest-a-thon, but the lag is making it really difficult to do quests or even browse the site :(
I just always ask first cause sometimes it ends up being my issue. I know the site was slow earlier with the adding of TONS of new items but that resolved once the news post came. I'm still getting quite a bit of lag and stalling pages.
The lag is so annoying for this Questathon, and doing my BQs today was the worst.

OMG I thought it was my internet -but it seems like a global problem. Thanks for creating this thread. Subeta is really slow! Questing is not as fun anymore if I have to stare at the page for more than 5 seconds waiting for it to load / refresh. Brings me back to the days of dial-up. haha

<p>We&;re aware that the site has gotten laggier since the changes; this is because we moved to a new infrastructure and are still working on calibrating everything. Keith is actively tweaking things to try and change this, so hopefully we will notice an improvement in the upcoming days.</p>
<p>Please do not make bug reports about the site lag. We (staff members) also use the website to work and the lag affects us too. We promise that we are aware and working on it the best we can!
