My Shinwas quests are not registering, it tells me to visit Pete which I have tried by clicking on the link, going to Pete directly and trying both options from my Iphone and nothing seems to be registering when I complete Pete's quest. (Pete: 7 / 15 quests completed)

I wasn't sure if this should be a .PHP issue or general game/quest issue. I am using Chrome - Google Chrome is up to date Version 68.0.3440.106 (Official Build) (64-bit)
