If there's one thing I have a love/hate relationship with on this site, it's the fact you can change usernames.

Besides the usual "I sent an item to the wrong person" fiasco, have any of you had bad experiences involving this?

I do: I freaked out a few days ago over the fact someone had my ex's old username (which is also their deadname, so I'm like 90% sure it's not them?).. This particular user has been fairly active since joining, so it's a little.... haunting. (It was a meh relationship that ended with terrible fallout.)
