Not receiving smail notifications for CW passwords

I was about to reply to an smail I had (which I DID get a notification for) when I saw that I had gotten a smail to purchase a locked item from a CW shop - but I never got a notification about it! The smail was from yesterday morning, about 30 hrs ago.
I am not sure if it's an issue specifically with invites or if it's related to new smails (the smail in question I was going to reply to was a thread, not a new message).
Has this happened to anyone else?
Hey, I just wanted to check in if you've encountered this problem since then?
If not, it might have been that you had too many notifications to show in the sidebar, so that one didn't show up? Or it might have been a random glitch that the event didn't get sent. (Things like that can happen sometimes, especially if we were having lag issues at the time)
