Can't Unleash Forj Matriarch, the Erupting

I received the achievement - "You've earned the Enraged and Erupting! achievement!" which give me the [item2=Molten Summoning Tome Stage III]
However, when I click on it to Unleash Forj Matriarch, the Erupting
I get this Cloudflare Error.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
It seems there is a problem with this specific challenger's unlock page. We are looking into it :)
