SO I was away for a long time and I am slowly learning the ways again here in Subeta. I was recently interested in collecting achievements but I noticed that some of my previous achievements (which were I gained a long time ago before my hiatus) were gone. For example, my Item Hunt Searcher achievement is still at 7 even though I am already at lvl 38 in the Item Hunt. Another is the "Only Room for One" which I believe should be automatically obtained once a user joined and created a pet here in Subeta. Another thing that shocked me is that my Quests achievements were reset. I firmly believe that I had done lots of them when I was still active. All of my progress (completion counter) in Quest achievements as of now were gained after I came back to the site -- not from when I initially started doing them waaay back. I am specially frustrated about the Sarah Quests achievement because I can't do her now unless I smelt my sP's away. And of course all of my retired/seasonal achievements were gone as well.

Is there any way I could get them back? Please help and thank you.

also you can still do sarah's quests if you create a forum group and put all your sP in the group's bank.

the forum group trick was specifically declared against the Rules by Staff during the next to last Questathon. Us users thought it was okay because a staff member had commented on a thread in which this trick was shared and we-all thought she saw it and thought it was okay. She didn't and it's not.

Now Sarah's Quests are automatically doable only on a newish account I think?

Sarah's quests can still be done on any account, not just new ones. I was able to do Sarah's quests this last week when I only had about 200k left after a large purchase.

aha I did not know that! I always have things going on so my balance never drops that low. ;s smelting thing should work fine and be okay by Rules then. Thank you!

As already pointed out, file a ticket. The same thing happened to me after I had come back from a hiatus. Unfortunately there was no way to "mass update" my achievements, but one of the staff members was kind enough to look into some kind of achievement log or wherever they keep that data, and manually add all my missing achievements. :)

EDIT: Not sure about the Only Room for One achievement, though. I think I read somehwere that it has some kind of special status and isn't retroactive.
