I'm assuming this item is supposed to be able to be used at any time since it's still in the cash shop, but when I try and use the Molten Summoning Tome it gives me an error.

I've tried both IE and Chrome (both are most recent versions) and I cannot get this to work

This appears every time I try on both browsers.

Really want to unlock this guy.
