Hello, my name is and I go by the art handle PhenArt offsite! This is my first time taking commissions on subeta in years... Hopefully I can draw some art for all you lovely people. The bulk of these will be 35$ half-body pieces, and 15$ simple headshots. I apologize in advance, but I prioritize USD over virtual currency as I am struggling to find work and need some form of income to help support myself. Thank-you for understanding! I may be opening to discuss prices for other art pieces, such as overlays... We would have to negotiate a fair price, however.

Please read my terms & guidelines before commissioning me.

1b. Work on commission will not begin until payment has been received (either in full, or a percentage up-front for commissions over 50 USD).

2. As a default, Price is [B]PER CHARACTER[/B]

3. I will NOT draw underage characters, mechs, overtly religious imagery, and characters/images that may misrepresent a group/person. To be exercised at my discretion.

4. I will draw anything else, though overly complicated character designs may accrue a fee (3-10$) to account for the extra time spent on your commission.

5. I’ll draw your OCs, SWTOR, FFXIV, GW2, WoW, etc characters… No characters who don’t belong to you, please! (This means no fanart of media you are not the creator of… Yes, I will draw your friend’s OC as a gift.)

5a. I will draw humans & anthro/furries!

6a. These commissions are for personal use only. This means you MAY NOT sell prints of them, use them for novel covers, etc - anything that you would be making money off of. If you wish to discuss commissioning me for commercial use, feel free to PM me - I am open to do commercial work.

7a. Refunds will be given in full for work that has not started yet. Once I have started your commission, if you request a refund, I will only refund half the amount paid to me to account for work & time lost on the cancelled piece.

7b. I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time, as long as refunds are given as-per 7a.

8. I reserve the right to use commissioned art as samples of my work, and to display them for self-promotion.[/spoiler]

9. Display for personal use on ponyisland.net and offsite, as long as credit is given (either to my subeta username, or if displayed offsite, to phenart)

10. Crop to use for banners, avatars, icons, thumbnails, etc

11. Use image as a reference for future commissions, as an example of character's appearance for a role play, and other similar things.

12. Anything else as long as it doesn't violate the above Terms, or the below guidelines!

[B]You may not...[/B]

1. Do anything that violates the above General Terms

2. Edit image so that the art is significantly changed. This include... a) adjusting colours b) creating lineart from the image c) redrawing/tracing the image

[I]If you need an adjustment made to the image you commissioned from me, please talk to me about it! I am usually willing to make adjustments for free for people who communicate with me![/I]

3. Display without credit. Please always link back to me! It helps me get more customers, which makes me happy!

4. Misrepresent me through my work (for example, display my art in a hateful way... use my art in a manner that is hurtful to a group/individual, etc)
