Hi

I am using windows 10 on internet explorer and I'm having trouble using the wardrobe. I can see the original page but when I click on any of the tabs nothing loads. I can remove the clothes from my Avatar but nothing more.

I hope this is giving enough information. I haven't tried on chrome yet and maybe that is the issue. It's a different laptop to what I usually use which may be why I am struggling. I thought it was worth mentioning just in case there might become a site wide problem - I think I remember there being an issue with internet explorer and the wardrobe before now.

Having the same problem; using the latest version of Firefox on a mac

It is now working when I have switched back to my older laptop and google chrome. have you tried this for yourself?

I don't know if both of your issues are related, but yeah just for the future Internet Explorer is not really supported that much by the site (I'm not a programmer, but I think just the way the code is written for the site it doesn't work that well for the older browser). You will still be able to view the site, but some features will probably have trouble working or maybe won't work at all on IE.

Other browsers like Chrome, Firefox, or Safari tend to work the best.

But as a side note, I've been noticing it loading kind of slowly too recently. Like stuff will load, it just takes a little while sometimes. I know they were working on some wardrobe updates recently, before reverting back to the current version, not sure if that's related or it's just some general site lag.

Still doesn't load for me on firefox.

Wardrobe not loading for me either. Just got new computer windows 10 and using Internet Explorer. Thought that might be the problem but I see others are having a problem too.

I'm now using firefox and it's loading for me. Just have the problem of the last HA only showing. HAs very between the last three. Never know which one will show up.

On the forums and my profile. On my profile if I refresh about three times, the last HA I made will show up. Then the next time one of the last three I made will show up. It's random.

I changed it two days ago. But this has been going on for probably three weeks. I've talked to others who are having this problem too. Also while I'm questing they change constantly.
