Hi, today I logged in and my HA’s image wasn’t loading. When I went to my wardrobe to see what was up, it acted as if I had never been there before, and when I exited that page my avatar was back but completely naked and missing her Boobitis Zombie skin. What’s going on here? Can my old HA be restored? :(

Have you been away for a long time before today? The wardrobe was redone into a new system somewhat recently, so if it was your first time visiting in a while it may have forced you to convert your HA to the new system.

As far as getting your zombie skin back, you can check the "skins" tab in the wardrobe to see if you've unlocked it there (once you earn a zombie skin, it unlocks in the wardrobe and you can wear it or take it off whenever you want). If you don't see it available in your list, I would recommend filing a ticket so a UA can look into your account logs and see what happened/get it resolved for you.

If you remember what clothes you were wearing and can find them in your wardrobe, then you can just put them back on your HA by clicking on the item images and use the drag and drop system on the left side of the screen to change the clothing order how you want it. Be sure to check the box in the filters to only show items you own, otherwise you'll see all items on the site including things you don't have and can't wear.
