Is there a way to see what books your pet hasn't read?

Not on Subeta itself. The Subeta fanpage SubetaLodge should have a book list feature though that shows you which books you still need.

As Sirius has already said, Subetalodge enables you to make a list of the books your pet has read so far and then you can view all the books they haven't read yet and you can also add new ones to the list, shop search the ones they haven't read yet and so on.

You can find instructions on how to make this or other item lists under My Account and then My Checklists if you already have a Subetalodge account. :)
