this has been going on for about a week now for me and i didn't see any topics mentioning it so i figured i'd just throw it out there, esp since it's starting to get a lil annoying. if this is a known issue and i completely overlooked a thread about it, feel free to lock of course, no worries

anyway, lately whenever i get a dashboard notice about a purchase in my shop, i'll click the notification link that leads to my sales history, and now have to constantly endure this weird 45 sec. to 1 min. long wait until the page finally loads and i'm directed there. it's basically just like the usual song and dance you go through when the site is lagging for whatever reason-- you click a link and your browser says the page is loading but it just 'hangs' on and on until the page finally pops up a good full minute later (or you get a sql error page, but i haven't encountered any with this particular "bug"). only difference is it all seems isolated to this one link for some reason, as i've checked all of the shop option links (including sales history) when visiting my shop the usual commerce> your shops> shop name way, but i don't run into any sort of lag at all.

i use the lastest version of chrome on a macbook pro, and i've also encountered the same issue while visiting the site on my iphone through safari.

if any additional info is needed, just let me know!

shop sale records have been having lag issues lately, which is also why the total sales and total profits values are currently listed as 0 on all shops. programmers are working on solving it.

We have temporarily removed them while debugging the recent lag issues. The data remains safe and will be back soon!

Are you still seeing lag with the event having ended?

Yes, I’m still experiencing this. Every time my dash alerts me and I click on the link it provides (which normally just takes you to your recent sales list), it hangs for almost a good minute or so trying to direct to or load said page.

I can work around this by visiting my shop manually (commerce > your shops > shop x) which gives me no lag at all. It just weirdly seems to be affecting that particular dashboard notification link for some reason.

edit: okay, I just tried to visit my sales history page manually and I’m experience the same lag as the dashboard link. It appears this issue is caused by the sales history page currently being on the fritz.
