Hi! So I remembered this site, made an account and never did anything with it again! Soooo I thought I'd actually try it out! I do have a question, though. In my event tab it says I have received a warning about owning multiple accounts and they have been frozen. I'm wondering if this is a mistake? I just don't want someone else's account to get frozen or my own!
Edit: I'm also wondering if there is a way to change my username?

If you believe you have not made other accounts before, you can file a ticket (Via Subeta > Tickets on the top nav bar) and an admin can help answer your questions. If there are any other people playing in your household, you can also clear that up in your ticket :)
Yes you may change your username at a cost via Personal > Dashboard > Change username. As you have been playing for over 2 years, if you have not yet claimed your first loyalty box, going to Personal > [user=https://subeta.net/preferences.php]Dashboard[/url] you will be able to get your first loyalty box. One of the options which you are awarded for your continual membership is a free name change :)
