I got a custom clothing ping from yesterday at 5:55pm. I logged on now to check everything and it's gone. I hate the fact that you can't see who it's from etc. People who release always say 24hrs. I have no idea who sent it, because sometimes things take forever to be approved. Can you please contact me so I can pay for my slot?

If you owe a payment, it will show up on your payments page; LINK You can always get back to this page if you lose a ping by hovering over 'cash shop' and clicking 'custom wearables' and then clicking 'payments' on the side :)
If there is nothing there, or nothing new to pay, the releaser may have had to pull the item to edit it / etc. Unfortunately ( very unfortunately ) the current system doesn't tell you who or what item the payment was for if the item was removed or you were pulled from a slot for not paying on time. You personally should (in the future) keep track of what you've slotted on in a doc / word file / the notepad feature / etc :)

But I am totally within the 24hr window, it was yesterday at 5:55pm. I know I can go into the payment window and I'll be tracking all my things from now on but I can't believe that no one has contacted me. I always pay for my slots it's kinda unreal right now.

It sounds to me like perhaps they noticed an error when submitting and maybe need to contact the artist for a fix before they can submit it. Have you tried going through your recent posts and asking any of the releasers you've claimed on recently?
I have gotten everything I've slotted for, or I didn't get the slot. Unless it's from ages back which I haven't heard anything about, or seen any updates. I have no idea.

I'm like you :D wish that it says what the ping was for like " _____ is ready to be paid for click here to pay" or something like that :S, I usually will just go down my list of recent pings and check off everything that I already own or paid for. I hope in the future thy change this to help people who slot on so many items they lose count :D

Sometimes, when there's only one slot left to be paid for, people will just pay for the slot themselves to get the batch moving. They then put the item in a trade lot and comment you so you can pick up your item there.
Or maybe it was an error, say they wanted to slot 'cloud' and wrote 'clouds' instead!
I understand all those things, but it's long gone now. So hopefully it isn't something that impedes my future because I really care about the CW artists and I want to always be giving them my CSC if I promise. I think it was the cloud, clouds thing.
